Dr. Farah Zaman is amazing. She probably gave me the most comprehensive exam I have ever had. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and explains everything thoroughly. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thorough, comprehensive exam.

I have really liked every doctor I’ve seen at James Leonard, the service is very good and the exams are thorough. They have very cute frames for sale as well.

I had a great experience at James Leonard opticians. Their customer service is excellent! The staff was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect frames for my face shape and prescription. Lisa and Emily are so professional, knowledgeable , and patient. My eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist took the time to explain everything to me. I would highly recommend this store!

I have been a customer for years, and have always been happy with the service, but yesterday was extra special. I saw a new optometrist yesterday, who provided an incredibly thorough eye exam. I have been wearing contacts for over 40 years, and she adjusted my prescription, reducing it slightly on my right eye, and as a result improving both my up close and distance vision. Turns out, as she educated me, that as we age vision can get better. She explained to me in detail the mechanics of the change as no previous Optometrist or ophthalmologist had ever explained. What a talent.

Staff was professional, patient, and helpful. Sonja (please forgive me if I’ve misnamed her) repaired a pair of glasses that went through the laundry, and helped me pick new frames! Optometrist took time and offered suggestions for dry eyes and easing the burden of heavy frames in the nose bridge.

I love coming here. The staff is always very professional. The appointment times are honored. The doctor is very thorough and explains everything in much detail. Would highly recommend!!
