Requested a same day appointment and received it. They verified al of the information with insurance before I arrived. The doctor was great and very informative. Love that they Respected that I was getting frames elsewhere and provided guidance. Great place! Will definitely return for services.

I absolutely love the whole experience here, from the cute retail area to the music they play to the selection of glasses. Jessica is incredible at helping pick out glasses and always seems to give a genuine opinion without trying to upsell.

I have been to countless opticians, spent hundreds of dollars on getting fitted for contacts...no one ever got it right and i basically gave up until i found Dr Irina Stoica. Her patience and knowledge made me feel so comfortable. The manager Tristan is so friendly and caring which carries down to the whole staff who knows and address you by your name.

I think your practice pushes getting frames a little too hard. It makes me question whether your are a retail store or medical provider first. There’s a correct answer and I think after my last couple experiences you have crossed the line in the ring direction.

Every appointment or doctor visit should go as well as this one! From the moment I stepped in the door, I was warmly greeted and my appointment started immediately. I was given an extremely thorough eye exam, each test was explained in detail, recommendations were made, and I was not 100% satisfied ... I WAS 1000% SATISFIED. Excellent little place of business, I recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to feel like just another number in the crowd of New Yorkers. Keep up the phenomenal work. I will definitely return.
